Kwarteng, an understudy at the College of Education, Winneba (UEW), is blamed for conveying self destruction intimidations since he views life as painful.
As per a police report that was contacted, two UEW security officials and an aspirant for the SRC President portfolio, Teye Paul went to the police to report that one of their partners, Kwarteng had sent him a message saying he planned to end it all because of the horrendous issues he was encountering.
At the point when they showed up at Kwarteng’s home, the police and the complainants couldn't find him yet found a self destruction letter. He asked his significant other and youngsters to pardon him in the self destruction letter and to feel the enduring he was going through.
