Students have been raving about the JCRC, but majority of us don't actually understand what it means, so let's quickly go over it.
Junior Common Room Council is what the acronym stands for. It also refers to the entire student body of a university building. The Junior Common Room Committee, which is presided over by the JCR President, governs the Junior Common Room. The Junior Common Room Council (JCRC) is chosen by the JCR members to manage JCR activities in the hall.
