On their way to an educational trip, on the Aperadi-Somanya route in the Eastern Region, three University of Education, Winneba (UEW) students tragically passed away.
With reports that have been held now, the student driver of the vehicle that was taking the pupils to their destination while descending Aprede Mountain lost control.
Numerous injured pupils were soon sent to the Yilo Krobo District Hospital.
The responsible party, Dr. Jacqueline Mensah Darkwah, verified the occurrence and stated that all 28 of the injured students are currently in stable condition.
