Teacher Kojo, also known as Benjamin Sintim Awusi, discusses the policies he plans to enact as president of Ghartey Hall. 

The primary principles that Teacher Kojo and his running companion, Subway, have named "The Agyenkwa Policies" and which they want to execute for the Ghartey Hall resident for a better stay and sustainable living in the various halls on South Campus have now been made public.

The applicant's enormous policies are listed below;

1. Accommodation Support Scheme
2. Provision of a reading room
3. Provision of a water pump
4. Wi-Fi Extension
5. Organizing skill training programs as well as women empowerment 
6. Provision of suggestion boxes
7. Provision of First Aid Boxes
8. Provision of a barbershop & saloon for the hall
9. Developing a Hall’s website 
10. Converting the Amphitheater to a Football Watching Centre
